Note: The inside lining of the bag is designed a bit longer to ensure a better insulating result. Often it can get stuck in the zipper. Please read and follow the instructions below:

1. Gently pull out the lining that is stuck in the zipper. Wiggle the zipper to unzip the cooler bag.

2. Push back the lining to the other side.

3. Apply some lip balm or bar soap along the zipper.

4. Pull out the zipper while zipping/unzipping the bag.

The zipper will go more smoothly as you use it.
